Mr. Tourt Chamroen

Mr.Chamroeun is a seasoned facilitator, coach, leader, manager, mentor, and trainer, with more than 20 years of experience in facilitating workshops and providing capacity development support to sub-national administration actors, NGOs, community and professional association leaders. He believes in using empowering approaches including participatory, inclusive and creative methods when facilitating individual and group learning activities. Recognized in Cambodia as a key person in capacity development. Primary areas of knowledge and expertise include: civil society in Cambodia; management; design and facilitation of learning processes; design and facilitation of strategic development processes; current trends and practice of capacity development. Chamroen has co-designed the effective leadership programmer and has been adapted and used in the VBNK Leadership Programmer in the last 10 years at VBNK, while he also engineered the adapted Leadership Program for the UNAIDS funded. The programmer has been successful delivered to a group of network members representing the People Living with HIV/AIDs and Key Population. The second group of the Leadership Program also funded by the UNAIDS will start next week for the whole three module in the next 4-5 months.
