Mr. Sidara Sakal

Mr. Sidara Sakal brings over 5 years of invaluable experience as a Social Media Trainer at VBNK. His dedication and expertise shine through in his role, where he plays a pivotal part in designing and developing comprehensive training materials. Known for delivering learner-centered courses, Sakal ensures ongoing support through follow-up training activities. A notable achievement is his design of a specialized social media training course, tailored for NGOs and youth beneficiaries funded by USAID in CCSS and CGFA projects. Using an accompaniment approach, Sakal fosters beneficiary understanding, aids in knowledge acquisition, and facilitates crucial data generation for both learning and reporting. Beyond his primary role, Sakal extends his impact to internal and external capacity development, addressing ICT needs for partners, local NGOs, INGOs, youths, and the private sector in Cambodia. His responsibilities encompass facilitating virtual meetings and providing assistance in developing and implementing digital tools and security measures. Sakal stands as a key contributor to the innovative ICT project funded by BfdW. With a focus on blended learning, he spearheads the development of online training programs through a Learning Management System, showcasing his commitment to advancing education in the digital era.
