Mr. Lim Sokly

Mr. Sokly has experience on project management, coordinator/facilitator, trainer, coach and consultant, with more than 20 years of experience with various stakeholders including government institutions, civil society organizations, local authorities and communities at national and subnational levels in Cambodia. My expertise is in capacity development, training and coaching, community development and community organizing, project management, planning, budgeting, M&E, reporting, NGO good governance strengthening, and partnership coordination with CSOs. Sokly has supported CSOs both national and sub-national level through capacity development and coaching on organizational development, management, NGO good governance and coordinating with relevant stakeholders in order to be engaged with assigned tasks directly or indirectly as well as coordinating/facilitating in trainings, learning forums, workshops, reflection meetings and consultations with NGOs’ leaders. Sokly has coordinated/facilitated several organizational development, leadership and management and human resource management training and learning forums to improve internal good governance of CSOs. Sokly graduated both Bachelor and master’s degrees of Business Administration from Build Bright University in 2007 and 2009 respectively.
