VBNK is recruiting external consultants to lead in the strategic plan review and development. The purpose of this assignment is for the external consultant to lead and facilitate VBNK to develop a visionary Strategic Plan for 2025 – 2028 that senior management, board and staff use to guide project implementation, decision-making, funding generation opportunities and the formulation of the annual work-plan.

The role involves working on the following key tasks:

1. Review of previous Strategic Plan:

The review of the current strategic plan which include the review of:

•The existing theory of Capacity Development

•The existing program framework

•The organisational strategies

2. Development of new Strategic Plan 2025-2028:

•Conducting the data collection with key stakeholders

•Design and facilitate the strategic plan workshop with all staff.

•Draft the 4 years strategic plan and present to the VBNK senior management and Board of Directors.

•Incorporate the feedback into the final strategic plan.
