On "Integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into NGO Activities"

VBNK is pleased to announce two one-day training on under the implementation of the project on “Integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) AI Application in LNGO Activities” as a part of the project on “Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Capacity Development for civic engagement and women’s empowerment ".

This training aims to enhance the capacity of local NGO staff to improve data management, data security, efficient web presence​, and improve the internal learning process of NGOs.


🎓What participants will learn:   

  • Introduction to AI and how to write effective prompts

  • Developing ICT security guidelines with AI support

  • Creating images using AI tools

  • How to improve your social media using AI

  • How to learn through VBNK’s Learning Management System (LMS)


📅Training Detail:  

  • Dates: 28th August 2025 and 29th August 2025 (for two separate participant groups)

  • Venue: ERA Phnom Penh Hotel, Phnom Penh

  • Participants: 12–15 participants per session


Training Benefits:  

  • Free participation in the training

  • A $5 travel allowance per participant for local travel

  • Certificate of Completion

  • Access to VBNK’s Khmer-language LMS for continued learning


Who can join the Training?  

  • Staff of local NGOs based in Phnom Penh

  • Each organization may nominate up to 3 participants

  • Participants should be ICT staff, Directors, Program/Project Managers, or staff working on technology and social media-related tasks.

  • Attend required learning follow-up (Online Webinars): To complete the full learning course, all participants are required to attend two follow-up webinars as below plans:

🔹 Webinar 1 – 3rd Week of September 2025Focus: AI application follow-up, review of draft ICT Security Guidelines

🔹 Webinar 2 – 1st Week of October 2025Focus: Progress on ICT Security Guideline, managing websites effectively, writing engaging social media captions, and introduction to LMS development
