Chamroen has over 20 years of professional experience in development work with Social Development Organisations in the main area of Organizational Development. In most of those times he has been involved and developed the experience, knowledge and skill in people and organizational capacity development.
Chamroen is capable of using holistic approach to capacity development and variety of OD tools tailored to meet the specific needs of varieties of organisation context and area of work. In the last 20 years Chamroen developed a strong personality skill such as good in interpersonal communication, analytical, training, and facilitation skill. His other key skill included monitoring, evaluation and reporting, mentoring and coaching.
