Mr. Tem Sokchea is a Cambodian national with nineteen years of experiences working in the social development sector in Cambodia. His work experiences mainly focus on organizational development and organizational leadership and management. He designed and conducted organizational assessment, develop capacity development plan for the organizations in relation to assessment result, and he designed and delivered intervention to achieve the capacity development plan of organization.
Currently, he is a member of the VBNK team to design and conduct organizational capacity assessment, capacity building plan and conduct capacity intervention for 25 partner organisations of EWMI in Cambodia. Among 25 partner organisations, there are 6 organisations received direct funding from USAID. From 2017 to present, he is a project lead and senior consultant team providing the consultancy work to 20 partner organisations of Bread for the World in Cambodia, to strengthen their project planning, monitoring and evaluation system/outcome and impact orientation.
