More than 20 years working with national and international organizations, microfinance and government sector.  He worked in social development work from grassroots to national level. The areas of his expertise are capacity development, human resource management, organizational development, strategic planning, program and project management, monitoring and evaluation. He has organized and facilitated regional and national training, workshops and events for NGOs’ leaders and CSO provincial network leaders as well as government officials. Furthermore, he provided individual and in-class mentoring and coaching to support NGOs and CSO provincial networks on board function, by-law/policy development, operational/admin guidelines and strategic and operational planning in order to enhance NGO systems and practices in governance field. He conducted program monitoring and evaluation and organizational capacity assessment for NGOs in voluntary certification system for NGO Governance Professional Practice and CSO provincial networks. He graduated Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration, in general management at Build Bright University (BBU), Phnom Penh
