This fully funded leadership development programme is intended for teams of 3-5 persons drawn from mid and senior level staff, or a combination of staff from the NGO and from partner CSOs.
The programme begins in June, 2013 and extends over three years (two modules in year one , two in year two and one in year three). Coaching and follow-up support and 360 feedback is provided between modules to anchor learning in practice.
