Aim: To enhance middle and senior level managers’ (who manage other staff as part of their responsibilities) ability to handle / manage change in their organistions more effectively.

Objectives:
By the end of the course each participant will be able to:
> Understand and effectively manage staff through change
> recognize nature and forces of change and barriers to change and develop strategies  to overcome them, also responding to individual or group resistance
> develop empathy with staff going through change and prepare them accordingly
> become an initiator, manager or leader of change who creates an action plan to
improve staff’s / organisation’s change performance
