A learning organization always reflects its own practical experience. Reflective practice of the organization is the ability to reflect on one’s actions so as to engage in a process of continuous learning. By this, VBNK coaching involves paying critical attention to the practical values and theories which inform implementation experience, by examining practice reflectively and reflexively. Reflective practice can also help the organization to develop creative thinking skills and encourages active engagement in program implementation processes.
On 26th to 28th May 2020, at MVi organization’s main office in Steung Treng province, VBNK coach conducted coaching process with MVi’s staff to reflect and review their mid-term strategic plan. Through, the coaching process, the MVi is aware of stronger connections between learning experiences and future action. The organization has found ways to step back from their learning experience, helping them to develop critical thinking skills and, improve on future performance, remaining period of the strategic plan by analyzing what they have learned and how far they have come including pointing out action points for future improvement and implementation.
