CHART Round 2 (2006 - 2007)

A second round of CHART began in January 2006 with the NGOs Food for the Hungry International (FHI), Banteay Srey and Epic Arts as partners.

CHART Round 2 involves three central threads aimed at enhancing participants’ learning and application in their practice.  These threads focus on grounding of learning both within participants and within the wider context of their organisation’s culture.  These three threads entail:

A six module, year long course aimed at enhancing participants’ self awareness and facilitation skills as a requisite for working with others on their own developmental paths. Click here for program outline.

Inter-modular field coaching sessions which assist participants to explore and work on issues pertinent to their situation.

Inter modular workshops with the line manager and directors of the partner organisations which aim to promote understanding; acceptance and application of their staffs’ learning within the wider organisational culture.
