THE 9 MODULES OF CHART ROUND 1

Module 1

Goal: To introduce CHART, clarify expec­tations and set a frame­work and an attitude of safety

Module 2

Goal: To build an environment of team and safety that will release synergy and creativity.

Module 3

Goal: To sharpen our individual and shared processing of and learning from ideas and experiences.

Module 4

Goal: To learn about mental health issues and support systems within rural villages, to build an acceptance and openness around issues caused by trauma and to consider how to apply this learning (professionally and personally).

Goal: To know ourselves better and deepen our awareness of the value systems that we operate within.

Goal – To see how our context (especially power relations) shapes our development practice and apply the lessons from this to our life and our work.

Goal: Understanding transformational development.

Goal – To ground and deepen our practice and applications of CHART approaches and attitudes in a way that makes them increasingly sustainable.
