VBNK is currently recruiting for a Cambodian national for the position of Senior Trainer/Facilitator.

The candidate should meet following requirements:

  • Cambodian national with minimum of 4 years working experience as a Trainer / Facilitator
  • Substantial knowledge of learning and organisational development, including experience in     assessing issues and needs,      and identifying effective approaches to addressing them
  • Demonstrated experience conducting training needs assessment and developing course     objectives, content and     processes to address the needs
  • Able to assess the effectiveness of training and OD interventions and to assist participants     / clients to reflect and learn      from their experience
  • Valued team player
  • Commitment to learning and self-improvement, including openness to trying out new     learning approaches
  • Master degree in a education or relevant field in the social development sector Key     competencies:
