where an organization intends to go in the future, how it's
going to get there and how it'll know if it got there or
not. It’s the organization’s formal process
of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions
on allocating its resources in projects. Analysis techniques
help to assess impacting factors to better inform the strategy.
AIM:
To
provide participants with effective tools to analyze organizational
situations and external factors and consequently inform
the strategic planning and project identification process.
OBJECTIVES: By
the end of the course, each participant will be able to:
