Staff Management

A simple definition of management is 'getting things done through people'. People are therefore the main focus to make the organizational goals and objectives achievable. However, people are different, managing them is therefore complex. As managers you are required to have certain skills, attitudes and behaviors as well as some important instruments in order to manage your staff well and get the best from them.
